The Fabrication team consists of decades of experience in the trade and includes high level skills in TIG, MIG, Arc, Spot and pulse MIG welding, and sheet metal shaping, cutting and folding.

Powder Coating & Abrasive Blasting
De Bruin Engineering offers abrasive blasting and powder coating on site in our EPA approved facilities. Skilled staff operate quality equipment and use an oven size of 4m in length x 2.6m in width x 2.3m in height to cure finishes.

Assembly
Consists of several skilled staff operating in a floor space of approximately 1100 square metres with adequate storage and 6 x 1 tonne gantry cranes.

Balancing
Trained staff are using the Schenck 2 plane vertical axis balancing machine. The maximum rated load is 100kg with a maximum height of 400mm and a maximum width of 600mm. The balancing machine can balance in either one or two planes and can provide a balance report.
